Detailed ROV inspections
No matter the inspection you need or the weather, we inspect your hull and niche areas in around two hours and report back without delay.
The remote system, explained.
We inspect your vessel using a standard ROV. Thanks to our extensive experience, we are allowed to inspect from the terminal quayside — fast and efficient. We cover the full hull in sections and clearly indicate where each photo is from, including common niche areas such as sea chests, propellers and bow thrusters. Because we always cover the same areas, you can follow the development of fouling and paint condition over time. If you want to make decisions on the spot, you can join our team and follow the inspection on video.
What happens when you book with us.
You book an inspection
We plan the job with the captain and agent before the vessel comes in — no additional work for your crew during the port call.
We inspect hull & niche areas
From the quayside or our workboat, depending on the port. An average inspection is completed within 2 hours.
We report
If further services are needed in the same port call, a report can be available within 1 hour. Otherwise, sent within 24 hours.
We follow up
Our team discusses next steps based on the report and the condition of your vessel and coating.
Frequently asked questions
What will be inspected?
The full hull in sections with clearly indicated photo locations, plus common niche areas — sea chest, propeller and bow thruster. We always cover the same areas for comparison over time.
Are there operational limitations?
We inspect 24/7. Our ROV handles currents up to 1.2 knots — enough for a normal port call. A few very small niche areas cannot yet be photographed clearly.
Can I follow the inspection?
Yes — your crew can join our team and follow the inspection live on video.
